Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Courses

Dream It

A Kintsugi Hope Group offers a safe, supportive environment for individuals who feel or have experienced overwhelm, providing practical tools for self-management in a peer mentoring format.

The group follows a flexible, yet structured 12-week program, featuring a mix of group and individual activities aimed at helping participants embrace self-acceptance, recognise their value, and build resilience for a brighter, more hopeful future.

Topics addressed include disappointment, loss, anxiety, anger, perfectionism, shame, and resilience.

We run courses throughout the year, get in touch to find out more.

“I have been able to talk about the loss of my husband and son after many years of grief in silence. Thank you!”

“Just want to say thank you again for running the Kintsugi course so amazingly. I have tried counselling quite a few times and I have found this course so helpful and freeing.”
